Bylaws

Bylaws of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)

The CFPC was founded in 1954 and incorporated in 1968. It is governed by a set of bylaws, which are updated periodically. The Governance Advisory Committee is responsible for reviewing the bylaws and presenting proposed amendments to the Board. Amendments to the bylaws are approved by members.
